In partnership with Mental Health Australia, hear from Paralympians Grant ‘Scooter’ Patterson and Ellie Cole, who who will share their insights on how to build resilience and celebrate the small wins.
Known to many as ‘Scooter’, Grant Patterson is from Cairns and has been swimming competitively since 2007. He has competed at multiple IPC World Championships, Para Pan Pacs, the 2012 London Paralympics and most recently took home both silver and bronze at the Tokyo Paralympics.
Raised in Victoria, Ellie Cole started her swimming career in 2003 and has since seen phenomenal success with 17 Paralympic medals to her name including six gold, five silver and seven bronze, making her Australia’s most decorated Paralympian of all time.
