The Be Well Program is a free and confidential service to support team wellbeing, facilitated by Monash Health’s Psychologists.
To access the program, team leaders are encouraged to contact the Be Well Program to discuss their team’s needs and work together to determine the type of support or assistance required. The program can be utilised for regular team check‐ins, support following a critical event, learning strategies to promote mentally healthy teams, and facilitating team wellbeing sessions.
Individual employees who believe their team requires support or could benefit from a session can ask their manager to contact the Be Well Program to make a booking. For more information and for further enquiries, please contact the Be Well Program.
