Which Enterprise Agreement do I come under?
If you’re not sure which Enterprise Agreement you are employed under, you can refer to your employment contract, or send an email to hradvice@monashhealth.org.

My Enterprise Agreement is not listed in the presentation or progress table – why?
Only Enterprise Agreements that have recently commenced operating are listed in the presentation and progress table.
Enterprise Agreements not listed are not currently undergoing any activity or change and are operating in accordance with the previously agreed terms.
What’s happening for Nurses and Midwives?
Nurses and Midwives employed under the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 will shortly receive a 3% wage and allowance increase, to be paid on 22 December for N pay run, and 29 December for H pay run. This is the last wage and allowance increase under the current Enterprise Agreement.
The current Enterprise Agreement provides for many classification translations. While most have been completed, the translations for Enrolled Nurses and Nurse Manager 5 and above are still to occur. It is expected that they will be completed in the next two months.
Bargaining for a new Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement is expected to begin in the second half of 2023.
Given the large volume of Enterprise Agreements currently requiring implementation, our immediate focus will be on ensuring that employees receive wage and allowance increases, once-off payments, backpay, and any additional paid parental leave (as relevant) before moving to implement other Enterprise Agreement outcomes.
