Our STARS of Managing Wisely

A big congratulations to Adam Kinross, Finance Business Partner, and Hannah Ngu, Senior Business Partner, Public Health and Community, who are our Managing Wisely STAR Award winners.

The Managing Wisely Award is given to celebrate people actively looking for ways to minimise waste and manage resources wisely.  This may include developing or implementing a sustainable initiative that reduces waste or cost and improving resource management to provide value back to the health service.

Adam and Hannah were nominated by Bridget Wall, Director of SECASA, who says that the pair show patience, attention to detail and teamwork in every interaction. She credits Adam and Hannah with helping better understand funding streams, data and KPIs.

“The support I have had from Adam and Hannah in navigating this unfamiliar space has been outstanding,” says Bridget. “Their patience, attention to detail and willingness to partner with me has been so appreciated. I am so thankful to have their support, guidance and knowledge. They both have a lovely and respectful manner to guide and teach me, and my leadership team, to better understand funding streams, data and KPIs.

“Both Hannah and Adam are a credit to the Monash Health Finance Team.”

If you would like to nominate a colleague or team, you can do so at any time by visiting the STAR Awards portal. For more information about the STAR Awards program, Monash Health Employee Recognition Program page.
