Conversations about community, connection, and belonging

October is Mental Health Awareness Month, and today, 10 October is World Mental Health Day, which offers us a timely reminder to ‘look after your mental health, Australia.’ This year, Mental Health Australia’s theme is awareness, belonging and connection.

To mark World Mental Health Day, join us at 2pm on Thursday 13 October for a special employee wellbeing forum where we will hear from Journalist and Beyond Blue Ambassador, Brad McEwan, Comedian, Actor and Writer, Felicity Ward, and Comedian, Writer, and Musician, Sammy J.
