Looking after your health and wellbeing

In these unprecedented times, it is important to look after the most important people too: you and your loved ones. That’s why we have updated our Health and wellbeing internet page to make it easier for you to find the information you need to support you, your colleagues and your loved ones.

The new internet page is in three sections: Individual and team support, your physical health and emotional and mental health.

Individual and teams support will provide you with additional resources to help you work through any issues which may arise as a result of dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes information on our EAP and call a psychologist program, emergency numbers, wellbeing posters for your work area and reputable external resources which provide quick tips and tools for support.

Your physical health will provide advice and support to ensure you are taking time each day to get the basics right such as: your daily routine, eating, sleeping and exercising and working from home.

Emotional and mental health when you are responding to a crisis like COVID-19, it is natural to have feelings of stress. This section provides information on anxiety, Mental health online training and tips on watching for signs of stress.

We will continue to build on these in the coming months as more resources and information become available, this will include specific Health and Wellbeing themed Webex sessions.
