Prioritising your wellbeing and supporting our teams every day

At Monash Health support is available to help you recognise, manage and reflect on your emotions individually and with the support of your team.

In a climate of ongoing change, the pandemic has shown us the importance of checking in with ourselves, our colleagues, and our loved ones.

Today, 8 September, is R U OK? Day and we are shining a light on asking the simple, but powerful question every day, normalising discussions about not being okay, and seeking support when it’s needed.

We continue to prioritise the wellbeing of all our employees, and have a number of ongoing initiatives, resources and support services available to help you. We aim to support you in all areas of your health and wellbeing including your teams’ wellbeing, physical health, emotional health and financial wellbeing.
