Recipients of Monash Health’s STAR Quarterly Awards were honoured yesterday at a presentation which formed part of the Senior Leadership Team meeting.
S.T.A.R (Special Thanks and Recognition) focuses on supporting Monash Health’s relentless pursuit of excellence by acknowledging and celebrating individuals and teams that demonstrate their commitment to our guiding principles and values. A record number of nominations (74) were received for the latest quarter.
Executive Director, People and Culture, Karen Lowe shared uplifting stories of how several employees are pursuing excellence in their work, and providing outstanding care and compassion to our patients and each other.
The program provides an opportunity for every Monash Health employee to have a colleague recognised. Nominations can be made by all Monash Health employees and you can nominate an individual or a team.
The STAR Quarterly Awards form a key part of Monash Health’s Strategic Plan 2018-2023.
