Victorian and Interstate exposure sites
COVID-19 exposure sites have now been listed in three other states and territories. It is important that you stay across these exposure sites and take appropriate action if you were present at the listed times.
Victorian public exposure sites
Current list of Victorian exposure sites
NSW public exposure sites
Current list of New South Wales exposure sites
- The locations listed with the health advice of a ‘Close contact’ are considered Tier 1 exposure sites.
- The locations listed with health advice of a ‘Casual contact’ are considered Tier 2 exposure sites.
ACT public exposure sites
Current list of ACT exposure sites
- All ACT exposure locations are considered Tier 2 exposure sites
Queensland public exposure sites
Current list of Queensland exposure sites
- The locations listed with the health advice of a ‘Close contact’ are considered Tier 1 exposure sites.
- The locations listed with health advice of a ‘Casual contact’ are considered Tier 2 exposure sites.
- The locations listed with health advice of a ‘Low risk contact’ are considered Tier 3 exposure sites.
If you have visited a public exposure site during the listed times
If you have visited a Tier 1 exposure site:
- Get tested immediately and on day 13 from the date of the exposure.
- Isolate for 14 days. Do not attend work.
- Call the COVID-19 employee hotline on 959 45815.
- Contact your manager.
- Contact the Victorian Department of Health on 1300 651 160.
If you test negative on day 13, you can return to work after day 14 if you have no symptoms.
If you have visited a Tier 2 exposure site:
- Get tested immediately.
- Isolate until you receive a negative result. Do not attend work.
- Contact your manager.
- Contact the COVID-19 Employee Hotline on 959 45815 (7am to 7pm – seven days a week).
- Monitor for symptoms in the following two weeks post-exposure and repeat testing (and isolate until the result is known) if symptoms develop.
You can return to work when you receive a negative result if you have no symptoms.
If you have visited a Tier 3 exposure site:
- Monitor for symptoms.
- If symptoms develop, get tested immediately.
- Isolate until you get a negative result. Do not attend work while awaiting test result.
- Contact your manager.
Updated advice for screening teams
All managers are requested to share these updates with their teams and discuss at stand-ups and handovers. Please print a copy and display it in communication books and on employee noticeboards.
