What better way to discuss leadership than to chat with our incoming Chief Executive, Professor Eugine Yafele, about his perspective on leading in these times.
Eugine is visiting Monash Health for three weeks before he is permanently located with us as Chief Executive in March.
Eugine was most recently the Chief Executive Officer at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to that, Professor Yafele held the Chief Executive Officer position at Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust and in 2022 was recognised as the top CEO in the NHS by the Health Service Journal.
