Clean Up Monash Health for a safer, work-friendly environment

When spring rolls around, a lot of people have good old clean-up. Putting away the things that have gathered dust through the winter months and won’t be required for summer, or from then onwards.

At Monash Health, we’re joining forces with spring cleaners across Melbourne and having a clean-up in the coming months.

The aim of Clean Up Monash Health is to de-clutter our buildings and workspaces, with an emphasis on removing unnecessary or no longer required furniture/equipment.

Managers are asked to take the lead and identify items in your work area that no longer serve a useful purpose, using this online form: https://monashhealth.sharepoint.com/sites/Stocktake. Items must be listed by close of business Friday 9 October.

This will help inform the repurposing, storage or disposal of items no longer required in your work area.

Please remember that if you are disposing of anything with an asset number, you need to follow the required process for asset disposal.

Removal of items will be undertaken across the organisation on a rolling basis, with different departments and buildings scheduled at different times.

Further details about the clean-up will be provided in the near future.
