Paws the Pressure – with puppies!

Next Thursday gives employees the opportunity to “Paws the Pressure”, as Delta Therapy Dogs bring their puppy antics to Monash Health in a series of virtual events.

Over five half-hour sessions, participants can meet an array of therapy dogs, learn about their role, hear stories, and watch puppy tricks and play – you can decide who is the goodest boy or girl!

Research has shown that interaction with dogs has health and wellbeing benefits such as calming effects, reduced blood pressure and stress reduction.

A Paws the Pressure session brings the joy and benefits of puppy interaction to the workplace, fostering wellbeing through social interaction and meaningful workplace breaks.

Session schedule

Five 30-minute sessions will run back-to-back between 11.30am to 2pm Thursday 17 February via Webex.

You can drop in for any 30-minute session during these times.
