UKG Dimensions: new rostering and timekeeping system coming 28 September 2022

Make sure you’ve completed your training by 23 September 2022.

Many have already completed their training and attended Q&A sessions online. Access all your support options via the UKG Dimensions Knowledge Hub before and after the launch.

What is UKG Dimensions?

UKG Dimensions is the latest cloud based rostering and timekeeping system. UKG Dimensions is replacing Monash Health’s current version of Kronos. Monash Health has been operating on an older version of Kronos, which faces limitations into the future. Making this change now will provide you with improved functionality.

What are the key dates?

  • All managers and employees will have access to UKG Dimensions on 28 September 2022
  • There will be 2 weeks from the time you have access to UKG Dimensions and the start of the first N pay run in UKG Dimensions on 10 October.
  • For the week 10 – 16 October we will be using the current Kronos system to complete the previous H Pay Run, and the new UKG Dimensions system to start the N Pay Run.
  • All employees and managers will stop using the current Kronos system from 18 October.
  • After 18 October, access to Kronos will be read-only.

To ensure your data is copied across from the current Kronos system to UKG Dimensions, you will need to ensure you have approved any outstanding leave, updated any schedule patterns and schedules for the period 10 October onwards by the cut-off date of 21 September.
