In an organisation as large as Monash Health, we have a wealth of great stories and achievements to share.
For all the hard work we do, we love nothing more than taking the time to acknowledge and congratulate our people for their achievements in the Monash Health landscape, and to promote the projects that make a difference to the community we serve.
If you have a story to share, but you’re not sure if it will be meaningful to our vast audience, you can now head to our story submission form. You can find a link to the story submission form on the sidebar of the intranet homepage.
The story submission form will help you determine whether your story is something we’d all love to hear about, and will guide you in providing us with the relevant information to help us get your story out there.
So, what’s a good story?
Ideally, we publish stories that help build an understanding of what’s happening at Monash Health and foster a sense of pride and belonging.
You can share with us stories about:
- our people, their roles and achievements (individual or team achievements)
- things that help our teams do their jobs
- changes in the organisation our people need to know about
- work-related events and activities that are open to all or most of our employees
- positive or unique patient stories
- new research developments.
After submitting a story idea, a member of our Communication and Engagement team will be in touch to let you know if we can share your story, and if so, work with you through to publishing.
