Registration for the Walking Challenge closes tomorrow, Friday 30 September. The challenge is free for all employees, their families, and friends to join.
It’s a great opportunity to connect with your colleagues and loved ones, clear your head after a busy day, and enjoy time outdoors, all while staying active.
There are some great prizes on offer to encourage employees to get involved and to help recognise teams’ achievements throughout the challenge.
How to register your Team
- Gather your team of four people, including your colleagues, family members or friends. Please note, your team must have four people exactly.
- Decide on your team’s name and nominate your team captain
- Your team captain will need each team member’s full name, email address, and mobile number. Team captains register your team here.
- Once you register and throughout the Challenge, you’ll receive further information and updates from the Health at Work platform
- The challenge starts Monday 3 October and that is when you should start recording your daily steps and activity
