New EMR Knowledge Hub launching 17 October

To enhance your experience of locating and using EMR support materials, we are introducing the EMR Knowledge Hub on SharePoint on 17 October as an alternative to the Monash Health EMR Website.

The EMR Knowledge Hub will be the new home of all EMR support material including:

  • QRGs
  • Videos
  • Workflow posters
  • EMR Best Practice events and more

All direct links to existing resources will remain accessible after the Knowledge Hub goes live. It is strongly recommended that all saved direct links to resources are replaced with links to the EMR Knowledge Hub resources to ensure the most current and up-to-date resources are accessed.

Accessing SharePoint Remotely

When accessing the Monash Health EMR Website remotely or when you’re not on a Monash Health site, you will be prompted to follow the 2-Factor Authentication prompts. You may need to set this up on your personal device(s). To set up your 2-Factor authentication, while on-site go to the Getting started with Outlook and Multi Factor Authentication page on the M365 Knowledge Hub.
