The SMR upgrade is almost here.
To allow for the software version upgrade, there will be an outage to the SMR from 10pm on Saturday 24 June until 9pm on Sunday 25 June.
The SMR and eReferral Application will be in read-only mode during this time, and records will still be able to be viewed.
What will be affected during the outage?
- Internal referrals will not be able to be submitted on SMR during the outage. Clinicians will need to submit a referral electronically via this online form which will also be available on the scrolling banner of the Intranet. Please ensure any internal referrals in SMR are completed and saved prior to 9:55pm on Saturday 24 June.
- eForms will not be able to be completed during the outage and users should revert to paper documentation.
- eReferral Registrations, Triaging or Appointment Booking will not be able to be completed during the outage.
- New Allergies and Adverse Drug Reactions information should be entered in the EMR and will be available in EMR and Merlin during this time.
