Our Clinical Systems support team will be available from 8am to 6pm, every day until this Friday. We also have a team on standby for onsite attendance if required.

Episode Health Condition by specialty

We have developed an Episode Health Condition by specialty list to assist with selecting the appropriate Episode Health Condition when submitting an internal referral or triaging a referral for your specialty.

 

If you haven’t already, please complete your SMR training modules in Latte. You can view the training matrix to know which training modules you need to complete.
