People matter survey – turning your feedback into action

Thank you once again for taking part in the 2023 People matter survey.

The 2023 People matter survey department and team/unit level reports are now available for areas that received 10+ responses and are being provided to local managers.

We’ve asked managers to take the time to thoroughly review the feedback before sharing the results with their team. Your manager will be in touch to organise a time to share your team’s results and lead a discussion about how you can work together to implement meaningful actions and improvements.

It is important for you to be involved in the process, to build your understanding of what is happening in your local area and help decide the next steps to drive positive change.

We have also prepared an organisation-wide overview of our results, which highlights the areas we have performed well, identifies opportunities for improvement and outlines our upcoming steps.
