Prepare for the unexpected: Visit the new Organisational Resilience SharePoint site

The Organisational Resilience SharePoint site is now live and available for all Monash Health employees.

What is the purpose of the site?

The site will help our Monash Health community to be fully prepared in the event of an emergency, crisis or disruption.

It is crucial that teams are prepared if these events do take place in the future. This will enable us to effectively work together to safeguard our operations and support the continuity of critical functions across our health service.

Importantly, the information and resources on the site will also help teams navigate the ever-evolving landscape of risk and resilience.

Who should use the site?

Every Monash Health employee should use the site to stay on top of the latest information and resources in preparation for emergencies or disruptions that may affect them and their teams.

Managers and Zone Wardens will find the site useful to access resources which will assist in performing emergency preparedness activities.

This includes local tabletop exercises and the orientation questionnaire for new employees.

General Managers, Directors, and others with specific business continuity management responsibilities can use the central hub to store relevant documents, access templates, and guidance on how to run a walkthrough exercise.

What can I find on the site?

Head to the site via our upgraded Monash Health Intranet to find:

  • Emergency Management and Business Continuity (EMBC) training, exercises, and documentation
  • Business Continuity Planning (BCP) information
  • Exercise evaluation and completion forms for EMBC training and exercises
  • Resources including: Zone Warden Emergency Management Questionnaire, Quick Reference Guides, templates, and more.
