The next phase of our Leading Mentally Healthy Teams sessions

With an ongoing commitment to our teams’ mental health and wellbeing, we are launching Phase 2 of our Leading Mentally Healthy Teams sessions.

Over 100 new virtual sessions will be available to support and empower our leaders in navigating the complexities of mental health in the workplace.

What’s new in Phase 2?

Building on Phase 1’s success, we have introduced two new modules to our Leading Mentally Healthy Teams sessions:

  • Leading a Mentally Healthy Team Equipping managers with the skills to create an environment where employees feel safe expressing mental health concerns, with guidance on how to have a conversation about mental health.
  • Leading a Team after a Critical Incident – Providing guidance on leading teams through challenging incidents at work, and our leaders with the tools to support and referral services available when needed.
  • Leading a Mentally Healthy Team through Vicarious Trauma – Addressing the impact of vicarious trauma and providing strategies to lead teams with empathy and resilience.

Attendees will also be offered a Reflective Practice facilitated session after training, to discuss wins and challenges, for further guidance

We introduced these modules in response to the fantastic feedback we received from you. Your valuable insights have allowed us to tailor our sessions to meet the needs of our leaders and further enhance our teams’ mental health and wellbeing.
