People matter survey – turning your local results into action

We are committed to empowering you to lead change and transform your People matter survey results into local actions with your teams.

Your 2023 People matter survey department and team/unit-level reports are now available for areas that had 10+ responses. These reports have been provided to Executive Directors, Deputy COOs, Program Directors and General Managers, who will provide these to you over the coming weeks.

Your survey results are provided in a comprehensive report, with guidance on how to read and interpret the contents. Please take the time to thoroughly review the feedback provided before sharing the results with your team.

Supporting conversations to turn your results into action please take time to review the feedback

It’s important that you share the feedback in your report with your team and spend time discussing the results. We’ve created some resources to help you and your team identify areas you want to improve, and the steps you’ll need to take to get there. These include our ‘Developing Insights Guide’ and a 4-step ‘Team Communication and Action Plan Template’.

We have also prepared an organisation-wide overview of our results, which highlights the areas we have performed well, identifies opportunities for improvement and outlines our upcoming steps.

A full list of resources to support engagement, wellbeing and performance is available on our People matter survey website.

Involve your team

It is important to involve your team by sharing your results and encouraging team participation in building understanding and determining the next steps.

We appreciate your continued support as we delve deeper into our insights, identify improvement drivers and engage with our teams to create positive change.
