SMR Upgrade Drop-In Sessions and Training

Our SMR (Scanned Medical Records) system is undergoing a significant upgrade on 26 June.  

To support Monash Health employees in using the new system, we invite all users of the SMR to please attend one of the below SMR Drop-In Information Sessions.  

You do not need to register or book in advance, simply join the session through the below links at the time of the session. 

Drop-In Online Sessions (15 minutes) 

Sessions for triaging clinicians
(includes a general system overview and how to triage referrals)

Sessions for referring clinicians
(includes how to submit internal referrals as a referring clinician)

Sessions for clerical teams
(includes a general system overview and how to process accepted and rejected referrals) 

If you would like to book in a separate session for your team, please email Mark Holmes and Loretta Kennedy.  

Be sure to complete the LATTE training modules required for your role/s, by: 

  1. Taking a look at the SMR Upgrade Training Matrix: this will tell you which training modules you are required to complete according to the role/s you perform.
  2. Completing your required training on LATTE: You will find all the training modules under the Referrals Manager and Scanned Medical Record eLearning sections. Each training module will take around 15 minutes. 

Please note that all training needs to be completed by Friday 23 June.
