2020 was a particularly challenging year with each of us facing personal and professional challenges. 2021 is now well and truly here and as we all begin to adjust to the ‘new normal’ it is a great time to reset and ensure your mental health and wellbeing is a priority.
Throughout this year we remain committed to supporting you with a wide range of resources, practical advice and support for you and your family.
Health and Wellbeing employee forums return
Our Health and wellbeing focused employee forums will be held monthly, commencing Thursday 18 February. We recommend tuning in for the first session as we focus on the theme for this month – your psychological wellbeing, dealing with uncertainty. This session will also provide you with the opportunity to tell us what other health and wellbeing topics and support you would like to see in 2021.
Previous employee forums and presentations are available anytime on the Monash Health COVID-19 website.
