Monash Health values its people and is committed to your wellbeing. That’s why the psychologists from the Be Well program want to know: What does wellbeing mean to you?
For some people, wellbeing is as simple as taking a walk in the fresh air. To you, it might mean asking for help when you need it or talking to a colleague about how you’re coping.
Take a moment to reflect on what wellbeing means to you, and whether your team could use some support from the Be Well program.
Director of Psychology Christine Miller says Monash Health is committed to supporting employees.
“Team leaders can reach out to Be Well psychologists to ask for regular wellbeing check‐ins for their team, for support following a critical event, for strategies to promote mentally healthy teams and to facilitate team wellbeing sessions.”
“If you are a manager and think your team might benefit from the Be Well program, please contact us and we can discuss how we can assist your team.”
Christine says that individual employees can talk to their managers if they feel the team could benefit from the support of the Be Well program.
Be Well is supported by the Department of Health to target employee wellbeing. It is a free and confidential service.
